- Handcrafted Variations: Many of our CNC and laser-cut decor pieces involve handcrafted finishing. Slight variations in texture, grain pattern, and dimensions are inherent to the crafting process and are considered a characteristic of the product, not a defect.
- Error Corrections: We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in product information, pricing, or availability at any time without prior notice, even after an order has been placed.
5. Pricing & Payment
All prices listed on the VectaCut website are displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and include all applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
- We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. Price changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.
- In the event of a pricing error, we will notify you and provide the option to proceed at the correct price or cancel your order.
Accepted payment methods include:
- Cash on Delivery (COD)
- Bank Transfer
- JazzCash
- EasyPaisa
Payment must be completed in full before or upon delivery, depending on the selected payment method. We may add or remove payment methods at our discretion.
6. Orders & Cancellations
All orders placed through the website are subject to acceptance and availability. Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase; it does not guarantee that the order will be fulfilled.

- Cancellation by Customer: You may request cancellation of your order at any time before it has been shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and must follow our return and refund process.
- Cancellation by VectaCut: If we cancel your order after payment has been received, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.
7. Custom & Personalized Orders
We offer custom and personalized CNC and laser-cut products tailored to your specifications. Due to the bespoke nature of these items, the following terms apply:
- Non-Refundable: Custom and personalized orders are non-refundable and non-exchangeable once production has commenced. Please review all details carefully before confirming your order.
- Approval Process: For custom orders, we will provide a digital proof or design mockup for your review and approval before production begins. It is your responsibility to verify all details, including text, dimensions, and design elements, before granting approval.
- Design Ownership: Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all original designs created by VectaCut for custom orders remain the intellectual property of VectaCut. You are granted a licence to use the finished product for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on the VectaCut website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, product designs, photographs, icons, and software, is the property of VectaCut or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
- You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, display, or create derivative works from any content on this website without prior written permission from VectaCut.
- Use of our trademarks, trade names, or brand identity in any manner that is likely to cause confusion among customers is strictly prohibited.
