Shipping & Delivery

No! Custom colors are included in the base price. Just specify your preferred colors (or provide Pantone/hex codes) when ordering.
Absolutely! Our design team can bring your vision to life. Share your concept, and we will create mockups for your approval before production begins.
Simple modifications to existing designs are free. Complex custom designs may have a design fee of PKR 1,000-3,000, which is waived for orders above PKR 10,000.
We offer up to 3 free design revisions to ensure you are completely satisfied. Additional revisions may incur a small fee.
Returns & Refunds
Yes, orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placement. After production begins, cancellations are subject to a restocking fee. Custom orders cannot be cancelled once production starts.
Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the returned item. The amount will be credited to your original payment method.
