- Custom/personalized items cannot be returned unless defective
- Proof of purchase required
Return Process

2. Receive return authorization and instructions
3. Ship the item back to us
4. Receive refund once item is inspected
Refunds
Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after receiving the returned item. The refund will be credited to your original payment method.
